His Dark Materials - Season 1 and 2 Pre-vis
I was asked by Painting practice to join their pre-visualisation team working in Cardiff, I really enjoyed the process of Pre vis and post vis to find the best way to tell the story.
Working on many episodes, I got to know the world quite well, here is a selection of shots from the hundreds I composited to plan out choreography of actors, and camera moves, matte painting development and basic 3d model layouts were all used to plan for shoots and for the team at Framestore to use as a basis for the final shots.
